Blue Jays Game Day: Getting to Rogers Centre

Rogers Centre sits in the busiest few blocks in Canada. On a summer Saturday with a concert next door, driving yourself is a decision you regret twice.

Toronto Events

The downtown reality

Rogers Centre shares its immediate neighbourhood with the CN Tower, the aquarium, Scotiabank Arena and the convention centre. On a warm Saturday, several of those have events at the same time, and the garages fill early and empty slowly.

Street parking near the dome on a game day is essentially theoretical. The garages that exist are expensive and take a long time to exit.

What works instead

Drop-off and pre-arranged pickup. The chauffeur drops you close to the gate, disappears, and returns to an agreed corner when you text. No parking, no walk from a garage, no queue to exit.

Group transport for larger parties. Office groups, birthday parties and youth teams travel better in one vehicle than in six cars, and a party bus is the cheapest option per person above about eighteen people.

Dinner either side. The King West and Front Street restaurants are minutes away by vehicle and a long walk on foot in game-day crowds. An hourly booking covers dinner, the game and the drop-offs as one evening.

Corporate boxes and client hospitality

If you are hosting clients in a suite, the transport is part of the hospitality. Collect guests from their offices or hotels, hold the vehicle for the game, return each of them individually afterwards, and let the whole evening bill to your corporate account against the right cost centre.

It is the cheapest part of a suite night and the part guests remember, because it is the part where nobody had to think.

Travelling to Toronto, or out of it?

Most trips that need a chauffeur also need a flight, a hotel or a car at the other end. BookingWorldwide.net covers all three — useful for wedding guests flying in, corporate teams heading to a conference, and anyone building a trip around the ride we are providing.

Straight answers

Frequently asked

Where does the car pick us up after the game?

At a point agreed when you are dropped off — typically a block or two from the gates where a vehicle can legally stop. You get the chauffeur's mobile number, so you text as you leave your seats.

Can you handle a large group for a game?

Yes. Party buses and Sprinter vans cover twenty to forty people, and we run office groups, birthday parties and youth teams to Rogers Centre regularly.

Do you go to away games in Buffalo or Detroit?

Yes, as a flat-rate charter including tolls and border wait time. Passengers need valid travel documents for US crossings.
