Corporate ground transportation is judged on two things: whether the car is outside when the meeting ends, and whether the invoice arrives in a form your finance team can approve without a query. We built our corporate service around both.

Accounts are opened in a day. Your assistants book by phone, email or the online portal; every trip carries a cost centre, matter number or project code; and one consolidated invoice arrives monthly with each journey itemised against its code. No expense claims, no receipts to chase, no fifteen separate credit card lines to reconcile.

Roadshows, conferences and as-directed days

For a roadshow or an investor day the vehicle and chauffeur are yours for the block. The car stays with you between meetings so coats, files and samples stay in it, the itinerary can change at 10am without a phone call to dispatch, and you are billed for the hours actually used rather than a pre-set package.

For conferences at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, the Beanfield Centre or the Toronto Congress Centre we run delegate shuttles on a published loop between the hotels and the venue, with a dispatcher on site for the first and last movements of the day.

Client and VIP transport

When the passenger is your client rather than your colleague, the car is part of your pitch. Chauffeurs meet at the aircraft door or the terminal with a name board, know which entrance of your building to use, and are briefed on whether to make conversation or leave the passenger to their laptop. Discretion is the default setting.
