Changes, additional stops and cancellations go to the same number, any hour. Your confirmation email also carries the chauffeur's direct mobile number on the day of travel.
How quickly we reply
Phone is answered around the clock by a dispatcher in Toronto, not an answering service. Email enquiries are normally answered within the hour, and always the same day. Quotes for complex multi-vehicle programmes — a wedding with four movements, a three-day corporate visit — take longer to build properly, and we will tell you when to expect it rather than leaving you guessing.

Complaints and feedback
If a trip did not go the way it should have, tell us. Email the address above with the booking reference and it reaches a manager rather than a queue. We would rather fix it than read about it later.
