Booked online, confirmed by a person
The reservation system quotes and takes the booking. A dispatcher then reads it, checks the vehicle against the passenger and luggage count you entered, and emails a written confirmation with the chauffeur contact for the day. If anything about the trip looks wrong, we call you before the date rather than after it.
