The terms that apply to limousine and party bus reservations made with Limousine Rental Toronto, including deposits, cancellations and conduct.

Reservations and confirmation
A booking exists once we have sent you a written confirmation containing the vehicle class, itinerary, passenger count and price. Verbal enquiries and unanswered emails are not reservations. Please read the confirmation and tell us immediately if anything is wrong.
Pricing
Quoted prices include the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls, airport fees, parking and applicable taxes, unless the quote states otherwise. Gratuity is shown separately. Additional hours, additional stops not on the agreed itinerary, and vehicle upgrades requested on the day are charged at the rates on your confirmation.
Deposits and payment
Occasion vehicles require a deposit to hold the date. The balance is due as stated on your confirmation. Corporate accounts are invoiced on agreed terms. We accept major credit cards, debit and e-transfer.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations made outside the window stated on your confirmation are refunded in full. Inside that window, the stated fee applies because the vehicle was held out of service. Changes to date, time or itinerary are accommodated wherever the fleet allows, and may change the price.
Delays and conditions beyond our control
We plan generous buffers, but we cannot control weather, road closures, collisions or border delays. Where a delay is outside our control we will do everything reasonable to complete the trip and will not charge you for time lost to it. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected booking.
Passenger conduct
Licensed passenger capacities may not be exceeded. Ontario law governs alcohol consumption in a licensed vehicle, and no alcohol or cannabis is permitted in any vehicle carrying a passenger under the legal age. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. Chauffeurs may end a trip without refund where conduct is unsafe, illegal or abusive, and clean-up or damage charges may apply.
Lost property
Items left in a vehicle are logged and held. Call as soon as you notice something missing and we will arrange its return. We cannot accept responsibility for property left behind.
Vehicle substitution
In the rare event of a mechanical failure we will supply a vehicle of equal or greater capacity and standard, or refund the booking in full if we cannot. We will call you rather than let you discover it at the door.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
