Party Bus Rental in Toronto & the GTA

Limo buses seating twenty to forty with standing headroom, a dance floor, LED lighting and a sound system built for a crowd — the cheapest way per person to keep a large group together all night.

Party Bus Rental

The party bus exists because large groups in Toronto keep running into the same problem: thirty people, four venues, one night, and no way to move between them without splitting into cars, losing half the group and arguing about who is driving home.

A limo bus solves it in one line item. Everyone travels together, the celebration continues between stops instead of pausing, and split across twenty-five or thirty people the cost per head is usually less than the rideshare fares the same group would spend crossing the city twice.

What is on board

  • Perimeter leather seating with standing headroom and a dance floor
  • LED and fibre-optic lighting you can set to your colours
  • Premium sound with Bluetooth — your playlist, your volume
  • Bar areas with ice and glassware; coolers stocked to your instructions
  • Privacy tint, climate control and phone charging
  • Where the vehicle is licensed for it, legal on-board consumption for passengers of legal drinking age

What people book it for

Birthdays and milestone celebrations are the biggest single use, closely followed by Niagara winery tours where nobody wants to be the designated driver. After that: wedding guest shuttles, stag and stagette nights, corporate team evenings, Blue Jays and Leafs games, concert nights at Budweiser Stage and Scotiabank Arena, and school and sports team travel.

Practical things worth knowing

Party buses are large vehicles. Some downtown streets, older residential cul-de-sacs and underground garages cannot take one, so we agree pickup points that actually work rather than promising a door-to-door that ends with a bus wedged in a laneway. Tell us your addresses when you book and we will confirm the plan in advance.

Minimums are typically four to five hours, longer on New Year's Eve and prom weekends. Statutory holidays and Saturdays in summer book out first.

Questions about party bus rental

How much does a party bus cost in Toronto?

Party buses are booked hourly with a minimum, and the rate depends on the size of the bus, the night of the week and the season. A Saturday in June costs more than a Wednesday in February. Because the price is for the whole vehicle, the cost per person falls as the group grows — which is why a thirty-passenger bus is often cheaper per head than two stretch limousines.

Can we drink on the party bus?

Where the specific vehicle is licensed for it under Ontario's rules and every passenger is of legal drinking age, yes. We will confirm in writing whether the bus assigned to your booking qualifies. If any passenger is under nineteen the vehicle is alcohol-free for the entire trip, without exception.

How many stops can we make?

As many as fit in the hours you book. Give us the addresses in advance so we can check access and build a realistic route — downtown Toronto on a Saturday night moves slowly, and a plan with six stops in four hours usually needs an honest conversation before you commit to it.

Do you provide party buses for winery tours to Niagara?

Yes, and it is one of our most popular routes. A typical Niagara day is eight to ten hours door to door, covering three or four wineries in Niagara-on-the-Lake or along the Twenty Valley with time for lunch. See our Niagara wine tour page.
