Prom Limo Rental in Toronto

Prom is the booking where parents and students want different things, and a good limousine company gives both of them what they need. Students want the arrival: the stretch pulling up at the venue doors with everyone stepping out at once. Parents want to know exactly where the vehicle goes, when it comes back, and that nobody is drinking in it.

We book prom on a written itinerary signed off by the parent or guardian who pays. It lists every pickup address, the venue, the return drop-offs and the times. The chauffeur does not deviate from it, and the vehicle is alcohol-free for any group carrying passengers under the legal drinking age — no exceptions, no negotiation on the night.

How prom bookings work

One adult books and pays — usually a parent coordinating on behalf of a group who split the cost. We provide a written quote covering the whole evening: the pre-prom photograph stop, the drive to the venue, the hours held, and the individual drop-offs at the end so no student is left finding their own way home at 1am.

Groups of eight to ten take a stretch limousine. Groups of fourteen to twenty take a stretch SUV or the Hummer limo. Anything above twenty-five is a party bus, which is also the cheapest option per student.

Our safety rules, stated plainly

• No alcohol or cannabis in any vehicle carrying passengers under nineteen. The chauffeur ends the trip if it appears, and the parent who booked is called.
• Passenger counts are never exceeded — a ten-seat limousine carries ten students, not twelve.
• The itinerary is fixed. Additional stops require the booking parent's approval by phone.
• Chauffeurs are background-checked, licensed for the vehicle class, and do not leave the vehicle unattended with students inside.

Book early — prom season is genuinely finite

Toronto and GTA proms cluster into a handful of Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays in May and June, and every school in the region is competing for the same limited number of stretch limousines and party buses on those nights. Groups that book in February get the vehicle they wanted; groups that call in May get whatever is left. If your school has published its date, reserve now — a deposit holds the vehicle and the balance is not due until closer to the night.
