Toronto Airport Limo Service — Pearson (YYZ) & Billy Bishop

Flat-rate airport transfers with flight tracking, terminal meet-and-greet and a fare agreed before you travel — to and from Toronto Pearson, Billy Bishop and the region's private terminals.

Airport Limo Service

An airport transfer is the trip where a limousine service either earns its money or wastes yours. It is not about the car: it is about whether somebody is standing in the arrivals hall when you walk out at 11:40pm after a four-hour delay, and whether the price you were quoted survives contact with terminal parking fees.

Our airport work is priced as a flat fare between your address and the terminal. That fare includes the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, the 407 where it genuinely saves you time, airport access fees, terminal parking and taxes. It does not change because the flight landed late, because traffic on the 427 was ugly, or because you had a third suitcase.

How the pickup actually works

For departures we confirm the pickup time by counting backwards from your flight: check-in cut-off, the security queue at that hour of the day, and the realistic drive from your postal code. You get the time in writing, and the car is at your door fifteen minutes before it.

For arrivals we track the flight by number. The chauffeur parks, walks into the terminal and waits at the arrivals doors with a name board — Terminal 1 in the Meeting Place area, Terminal 3 at the arrivals level exit. If you would rather move fast, choose curbside and we text you the vehicle, colour and plate as you clear baggage claim.

Which vehicle for which trip

One to three passengers with normal luggage: a luxury sedan. Four to six passengers, or two travellers with skis, golf clubs or a month of suitcases: an executive SUV. Seven or more, or a corporate group arriving together: the executive Sprinter van.

We would rather move you up a class in advance than watch a chauffeur play luggage Tetris in the Terminal 3 taxi lane. Tell us the real bag count when you book and the quote will reflect the right vehicle.

Questions about airport limo service

How much is a limo from Toronto Pearson to downtown Toronto?

It is a flat fare that depends on the vehicle class and the exact address, not a meter. A sedan is the least expensive option, an SUV costs more because it is a bigger vehicle, and a Sprinter van more again. Because the fare is fixed before you travel, a slow crawl in on the Gardiner costs you nothing extra. Send us the pickup postal code and the flight number and you will have the number in writing the same day.

Will the chauffeur wait if my flight is late?

Yes, and there is no charge for a delay outside your control. We track the flight, so the chauffeur leaves the garage against the new landing time rather than the scheduled one. Complimentary wait time starts when the wheels touch down, and it is longer on international arrivals to allow for customs and baggage.

Where will the chauffeur meet me at Pearson?

Inside the terminal by default. At Terminal 1 that is the Meeting Place on the arrivals level; at Terminal 3 it is the arrivals hall exit. Your chauffeur carries a name board and their mobile number is on your confirmation email, so you can reach them directly the moment you land.

Can you do very early morning or overnight airport pickups?

Yes. Dispatch runs 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and a large share of our airport work is between 3am and 6am. There is no overnight surcharge on a pre-booked flat fare.

Reservations open 24/7
