What we collect

We collect only what a reservation requires: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel dates and times, passenger and luggage counts, flight numbers where relevant, and any special requirements you tell us about (child seats, accessibility needs, decoration requests).

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and the reservation system. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

Why we collect it

To quote your trip, dispatch the correct vehicle and chauffeur, contact you about your booking, and issue a receipt or invoice. Flight numbers are used solely to track arrival times. Nothing you give us for a booking is used for anything else without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to complete your trip: the assigned chauffeur, our dispatch team, our payment processor and, where a journey is placed with a vetted partner operator, that operator. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

How long we keep it

Reservation and billing records are kept for as long as tax and business record-keeping law requires, then securely destroyed. You may ask us to delete anything not required by law at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only what it needs to function, plus basic analytics to understand which pages people find useful. The reservation system embedded on our booking page sets its own cookies under its provider's privacy policy. We do not run advertising trackers that follow you to other websites.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to the email address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
