Everything worth asking before you book
How much does it cost to rent a limousine in Toronto?
Limousine rental in Toronto is priced one of two ways: an hourly rate with a minimum number of hours (typical for weddings, proms, nights out and party buses), or a flat point-to-point fare (typical for airport transfers and city-to-city runs). The rate depends on the vehicle class, the day of the week, the season and how long you need it. Prom weekends, New Year's Eve and Saturdays in wedding season carry the highest rates, and midweek daytime work the lowest. We quote your exact trip in writing rather than publishing a headline price that changes at checkout — see how our pricing works.
What is the minimum rental time for a limo or party bus?
Most occasion vehicles — stretch limousines, stretch SUVs, Hummer limos and party buses — carry a minimum booking of three to five hours, and longer on peak dates such as prom Saturdays and New Year's Eve. Airport transfers and point-to-point trips have no minimum at all: you pay a single flat fare for the journey. If you only need two hours on a quiet weekday, tell us and we will check whether a sedan or SUV on a flat rate is cheaper than an hourly limousine.
How far in advance should I book?
For a sedan or SUV airport transfer, a day or two is usually plenty and we accept same-day bookings whenever a car is free. For a stretch limousine, Hummer or party bus, book four to eight weeks ahead — and for prom season (April to June), wedding Saturdays between May and October, and New Year's Eve, book several months ahead. Those vehicles are a fixed number of assets in the city and they sell out.
Do you serve the whole GTA or only downtown Toronto?
The whole Greater Toronto Area and well beyond it. We run daily into Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa, and out to Niagara Falls, Kitchener-Waterloo, Barrie, Collingwood and Muskoka. See the full list of service areas.
Is alcohol allowed in the limousine or party bus?
Ontario law permits passengers of legal drinking age to consume alcohol in a licensed limousine or party bus only where the vehicle meets the requirements set out by the AGCO and the driver is separated from the passenger compartment. We will tell you honestly, in writing, whether the specific vehicle you have booked qualifies. Where it does not, the vehicle is dry — and no chauffeur will risk their licence to make an exception on the night.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing you need to manage. We track your flight from the moment it pushes back and move the pickup with it. Delays outside your control are not charged. Complimentary wait time after landing is included on every airport pickup — longer on international arrivals to allow for customs and baggage.
Can I see the actual vehicle before I book?
Yes. For weddings and larger occasions we encourage it. We will send current photographs of the specific vehicle assigned to your date, and where scheduling allows you are welcome to view it in person. We do not use stock photographs of a car we cannot supply.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made well before the date are refunded in full. Because occasion vehicles are held out of service for you, short-notice cancellations on stretch limousines, Hummers and party buses carry a fee that increases as the date approaches. The exact windows and amounts are printed on your confirmation before you pay anything — there are no clauses that appear afterwards.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request and at no charge. Tell us each child's age, height and weight when you book so the correct infant, convertible or booster seat is fitted and checked before the vehicle leaves the garage. Ontario law requires an appropriate seat, and we will not carry a child without one.
How do I pay, and do you need a deposit?
Major credit cards through the secure reservation system, or by e-transfer for corporate accounts. Occasion bookings take a deposit to hold the vehicle, with the balance due before or on the day. Corporate accounts can be invoiced monthly on agreed terms. You always receive an itemised receipt by email.
