A wedding is the one booking where being ten minutes late is not an inconvenience, it is a memory. That is why our wedding work starts with a planning call rather than a price, and why the chauffeur assigned to your date drives the route in advance if the venues are unfamiliar.
We handle everything from a single bridal car to a full movement plan: the bride and her party from the hotel, the groom's side from home, parents and grandparents door to door, and a party bus or shuttle looping guests between the ceremony, the photographs and the reception until the last dance.
The wedding timeline we build with you
Two to four weeks before the date we send a written timeline: pickup addresses in order, the time each vehicle arrives, the time it departs, the photograph stops, the buffer we have built in for hair and makeup running late (it always does), and the chauffeur's mobile number. Your planner, your maid of honour and your mother all get the same document.
On the day, the vehicle arrives fifteen to twenty minutes before the time on the timeline. Chauffeurs are in formal dress, the car is decorated as agreed, and the ribbon is on before it reaches your street — not fumbled with in the driveway while forty people watch.
Vehicles couples actually book
The classic pairing is a Rolls-Royce Phantom or luxury sedan for the couple and a stretch limousine for the bridal party. Larger wedding parties take a stretch SUV limousine, and guest movement between a downtown hotel and a venue in Vaughan, Mississauga or Niagara-on-the-Lake is usually a party bus or executive coach on a published loop.

Questions about wedding limousine
How far in advance should we book a wedding limo in Toronto?
Six to twelve months for a Saturday between May and October, which is when most Toronto weddings happen and when the best vehicles are committed first. Off-season and weekday weddings are easier — two to three months is usually comfortable. If your date is set, book the vehicle before the flowers: there are far more florists in this city than there are well-kept stretch limousines.
How many hours do we need to book the limousine for?
Most Toronto weddings book four to six hours for the bridal vehicles, which covers hotel to ceremony, ceremony to photographs and photographs to reception. If you also want the car for a departure at the end of the night, it is usually cheaper to book a separate two-hour late slot than to hold the vehicle idle for eight hours in between. We will lay out both options with prices so you can choose.
Can you decorate the limousine and provide a red carpet?
Yes. Ribbon in your colours and a red carpet at the door are included with wedding bookings. Floral arrangements on the vehicle are welcome if your florist supplies them — we simply ask that nothing is attached with adhesive that damages the paint.
Do you provide transport for our guests as well?
Frequently. A party bus or executive coach running a published loop between the hotel, the ceremony and the reception keeps everyone on schedule, keeps the parking lot clear, and means no guest has to decide between a drink and driving home. We will build the loop around your reception start and last-call times.
