How many stops actually fit
Each stop costs more than the time inside it: the drive, finding a legal place to stop, everyone getting off, everyone getting back on, and the one person who is still finishing a drink. Realistically that is forty-five minutes of overhead per stop before anybody has done anything.
In a five-hour booking, three stops is comfortable and four is brisk. Six is a route march that ends with an argument about the schedule.
Neighbourhoods that work from a bus
King West and the Entertainment District — the densest cluster of bars and clubs, but the busiest streets for a large vehicle. Drop-offs work best a block off the main strip.
Ossington and Dundas West — excellent for a dinner-then-drinks route, with easier stopping than King.
The Distillery District — beautiful for early-evening photographs, with vehicle access around the edge of the pedestrian zone.

The logistics that make or break it
- Send addresses in advance so pickup points can be checked for bus access.
- Nominate one contact for the chauffeur. Fourteen people texting a driver is chaos.
- Book the return drop-offs into the hours. Ending the night with everyone stranded downtown defeats the purpose.
- Reserve tables in advance where you are going — a bus full of people arriving at a full restaurant is a long half hour.

Five to six hours covers a dinner, two venues and drop-offs comfortably. Four is workable for a simpler night. Extra time on the evening is billed at the same hourly rate where the vehicle is free.
Can the bus wait outside each venue?
It will park nearby rather than idle on a busy street, and return when you text. Downtown curbs are actively managed and a large vehicle cannot sit on them.
Can we decorate the bus?
Yes, within reason — nothing adhesive on surfaces and nothing that obstructs the chauffeur. Balloons, banners and sashes are all normal.
