What is included as standard
Ribbon in your colours across the bonnet, a red carpet at the door for arrival, and umbrella service if the weather requires it. These come with wedding bookings rather than as add-ons, and the chauffeur fits the ribbon before the vehicle reaches your street — not in the driveway while forty people watch.
Flowers, and the one rule
Floral arrangements on the vehicle are welcome and your florist is welcome to fit them. The rule is adhesive: nothing that bonds to paint, glass or chrome. Magnetic mounts, suction fittings and ribbon ties are all fine. Tape, glue and cable ties around trim are not.
Tell your florist which vehicle they are decorating and roughly when it arrives. Ten minutes of coordination prevents a florist arriving to find the car already left for the second pickup.
Inside the vehicle
Ice, glassware and soft drinks are provided. Bringing your own champagne is fine where the vehicle is licensed for consumption and everyone is of legal drinking age — we will tell you in writing which category your vehicle falls into, because it varies by vehicle and it is not a rule we can bend.
Confetti and glitter inside the cabin are worth a thought. They photograph beautifully and they never entirely leave a vehicle, which is why some operators charge for it. Ask before, not after.
