Build it backwards from the ceremony
The only fixed point in the day is the time you must be standing at the ceremony. Everything else is calculated backwards from it: the drive, the loading time, the photographs at the house, and the hair and makeup that will run late because hair and makeup always run late.

What a written timeline should contain
Every pickup address in order, the time each vehicle arrives and departs, the photograph stops, the buffers, the chauffeur's mobile number and who is in charge of each vehicle. It goes to you, your planner, and whoever is actually managing the morning — usually the maid of honour and one determined parent.
Send it two to four weeks ahead, not the night before. That is when errors are still cheap to fix.
