Chauffeurs on these bookings are assigned rather than allocated, briefed on the passenger only as far as the job requires, and bound by confidentiality as a condition of employment. No photographs, no social posts, no discussing who was in the vehicle — before, during or afterwards. We will sign your NDA.

Vehicles are unbranded and unremarkable. A black sedan or SUV attracts no attention at a stage door; a stretch limousine attracts all of it, which is occasionally the point and usually not.

Working with venues, press and security

Arrival timing at a premiere, a venue or a press line is set by the event, not by us. We work to the venue's schedule and its designated points, which during TIFF and major concerts change by day and by screening.

Where a security team is involved, the chauffeur takes direction from them on routing, staging and departure. Where a publicist controls timings, they get the chauffeur's direct number and can move the pickup themselves.

Tours, productions and multi-day programmes

For a tour or a production, continuity matters more than anything: the same chauffeurs across the run, briefed once, familiar with the load-in entrance and the hotel's back approach. Sprinter vans handle crew and equipment, sedans and SUVs handle talent, and everything bills to one account.
