Some days do not fit a point-to-point fare. Property viewings, shopping circuits, a photography shoot across four locations, a multi-stop celebration, a day of client meetings that will certainly overrun — all of these work better as an hourly charter.

You book a block of hours. The vehicle waits at each stop with your belongings inside, the itinerary can change without a phone call to dispatch, and you are billed for the time actually used rather than a package that assumed a perfect day.

How hourly booking works

Choose a vehicle and a number of hours. Most vehicles carry a three to five hour minimum on weekends and peak dates; sedans and SUVs on weekdays often start lower. Extra time on the day is added in fair increments at the same hourly rate, not a penalty rate — if a meeting runs forty minutes long, that is what you pay for.

The advantage over rideshare for a long day

Rideshare is priced per trip, so a day with seven stops is seven fares plus seven waits, at whatever the surge multiplier happens to be. An hourly charter is one rate for one vehicle, with the same chauffeur, no waiting at any stop, and your things left safely in the car. On any day with more than three or four movements it is usually both cheaper and enormously less annoying.
