Named chauffeurs, stored preferences and absolute discretion — ground transport for people whose calendar is the constraint and whose conversations are confidential.
Executive ground transport is a different product from ordinary car service, and the difference is not the vehicle. It is continuity, discretion and the assumption that the person in the back seat should never have to think about the journey.
Chief executives, founders, board members and their assistants book this. What they are buying is that the car is outside when the meeting ends, that the chauffeur already knows which entrance to use, and that nothing said in the back of the vehicle travels any further.
Regular executives are assigned named chauffeurs rather than whoever is free. The same person, week after week, who knows the home address, the office entrance, the preferred temperature, whether the newspaper is wanted and whether conversation is.
Preferences are stored against the traveller, not re-keyed at each booking. An assistant books in thirty seconds because the profile carries everything the last twenty trips taught us.
Chauffeurs do not discuss passengers, destinations or anything overheard. They do not join business conversations happening behind them. They do not photograph vehicles with passengers in them. Where a board day or a transaction requires it, we will sign your confidentiality agreement.
This is ordinary professional conduct in this segment, and it is worth confirming with any operator you are considering — the answer tells you which segment they actually work in.
For a board meeting or an investor day the vehicle is booked as-directed for the block: it waits, it holds coats and papers, and the itinerary can change at 10am without a call to dispatch. For multi-day programmes we assign the same chauffeur throughout, so by day two the routine is understood rather than explained.
For inbound directors and international guests, meet-and-greet inside the terminal is the default, with the return leg booked at the same time so nobody has to ask how they are getting back. See roadshow planning in the guides, or corporate accounts for the billing side.
