You describe the pattern honestly — every weekday 7am to 9:30am, Tuesdays and Thursdays all day, three days a month, whatever it actually is. We assign a chauffeur, hold those hours, and quote a rate against the block rather than the standard hourly card.

For a genuinely repeating pattern, yes — a predictable block is easier for us to schedule, and the rate reflects it. For irregular travel, ad-hoc booking on a corporate account is usually the better structure.
What if I need to cancel a regular slot?
Reasonable notice and it lapses without charge; the notice period is agreed at the start. Short-notice cancellation of a held slot may be chargeable, because the chauffeur was committed to it.
Can a retainer cover more than one traveller?
Yes. Many are held at company or household level and used by several people, with each trip still coded to the right traveller or cost centre on the invoice.
