How to Book a Limo Online in Under Five Minutes
Most of the delay in booking a car is hunting for details you already have. Gather these five things first and the rest takes minutes.

Have these five things ready
- The full pickup address, including unit or suite number and any gate or lobby quirk.
- The destination, or the whole itinerary if there are several stops.
- Date and time. For a flight, the departure time — we work the pickup backwards from it.
- Passenger count and luggage count. Be honest about both. This is the single most common cause of a vehicle change on the day.
- Flight number, if it is an airport pickup. It is what allows the car to track your arrival.
Choosing the vehicle without guessing
The booking system shows vehicle classes with their passenger and luggage capacities. Those numbers are licensed capacities, not optimistic ones. Three people with three large suitcases do not fit comfortably in a sedan even though the seat count says they do — count the bags, then choose.
If your group sits between two classes, take the larger one. The price difference is smaller than the aggravation of discovering the problem in a terminal.
What happens after you confirm
You receive a confirmation email with the vehicle class, the itinerary, the total price and the cancellation terms. A dispatcher then reads the booking — a human, not a queue — and checks the vehicle against the passenger and luggage counts you entered.
If anything looks wrong, we call before the date rather than after it. On the day of travel you get the chauffeur's direct mobile number, so you are never wondering where the car is.

Book the best estimate and adjust later, or call and talk it through. For flights we would rather have your flight number than your guess at a pickup time — we can calculate the second from the first.
